We loved the amazing location, right in the heart of Ortigia island. Everything was within walking distance, making it convenient for us as young people. the apartment was spacious, light, and had a charming atmosphere. It was perfect for our group of four. the hosts, Mariella and Milko, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They treated us like precious guests and provided useful tips for nearby restaurants and attractions. They even helped us with parking. If we ever return to Syracuse, we would definitely choose to stay here again.
We felt completely at ease during our stay and had no complaints. the hosts were attentive and resolved any issues promptly.

Wow, the apartment was perfect! It was much bigger than expected and the furniture was extremely nice. We loved being so close to the sea and the town center. the owners, who are architects, did an amazing job with the decor. the owner was also very helpful and promptly solved any issues we had, including accessing the limited car traffic zone. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
Felt so welcome, no complaints.

I left my heart in a charming old building in the heart of Ortigia. The small, yet well-equipped apartment at Palazzo Spagna provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host, Mariella, was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on local dining and attractions. The location was perfect too - we were able to easily explore the narrow streets of Ortigia and enjoy the beautiful coastline just steps away. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Syracuse.

Mariella, our host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The highlight was undoubtedly the balcony, where we enjoyed STUNNING views. The location was ideal, within easy reach of Il Duomo and the waterfront.

For the price, the value we got at Palazzo Spagna was exceptional. The room was beautifully decorated and fully equipped, feeling just like home. The location, right next to the sea in a quiet area with plenty of nice restaurants, couldn't have been better. Mariella and her husband Milko, the hosts, were the best - so helpful and welcoming!
The breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The apartment is very large, comfortable and exceptionally well placed, with a beach just 50m away and lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with a fantastic view across the rooftops. The host, Mariella, is very friendly and helpful, ensuring guests have a pleasant stay.
Information and rules regarding the apartment could be communicated better, with a need for an informative booklet explaining all details to travelers.

I loved that every room had a balcony, especially the main bedroom with its stunning sea views. The lounge was a perfect place to unwind, with a TV, record player, and an excellent sound system.
